If you are a minor, make sure to ask your guardian for permission first.STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER YOU'VE SENT AN ORDER FORM.
I will only allow cancellations if you have a valid reason and a cancellation fee of 120php applies for every order that you want to cancel.
NO RUSH ORDERS. This is a group order and it may take a while for your orders to arrive to your doorstep. While I will make sure that I will ship your orders as soon as possible, please be patient as the manufacturer is based overseas and shipment may take a while. All updates regarding packing, shipping, and deliveries will be posted under the hashtag #luvframesupdates.TAKE NOTE OF THE DATES. Especially for customized PC holder orders, deadlines for designs, revisions, and payments will be strictly followed for a smooth transaction with the manufacturer. Kindly message me at least a day before the given date if ever you need extensions. Failure to inform me will incur late fees of 50php per day past the deadline.NO REFUNDS.
Our custom acrylic pc holders will run on a preorder basis so there will be no refunds unless there will be a problem with my manufacturer. I will make sure that all your items will be packed and shipped securely and will not be liable for any damages or loss caused by your chosen courier.FOR CUSTOMIZED PC HOLDERS, ONLY USE YOUR OWN DESIGNS
If you are using a design made by another artist, please make sure that you have their permission to use it for production. Kindly provide me proof or a screenshot if so.
